Helping Hand is a non profit organization that offers grassroots programs and services to disadvantaged, low income, high needs and momentarily in need community members that reside throughout Ontario. Our programs give preventative, corrective and sustainable solutions to systemic, generational and environmental issues. Our programs are developed and planned with every part of the community in mind, so whether you are young or old, we have a program designed for you. We offer engagement and educational activities year round that inspires neighbourhoods and gives those that live there the confidence and support they need to become and remain strong, confident and independent community members. .
